The following opportunities exist.
We are looking for DYNAMIC sales people, to promote and sell our FULL range of products. Due to the enormous amount of products and vast amount of knowledge needed to cover the full extent of the range the initial focus will be on the Solar Inverter and Solar water pump products. (Possibly our Generators)
The initial markets targeted are the Domestic and small office, as well as agriculture. ( Thus only possibly our generators as we focus the generator product on our large industrial mining and critical power clients)
The ideal candidates will be between the ages of 30 and 45. However should you feel you are dynamic and have a sound knowledge of our products and you are out of the age scoped above please feel free to forward your C.V.
Candidates will be well groomed male and female.
The initial candidates selected will be selected with a long term managerial position in mind.
Some absolute requirements will be as follows:
Computer literate. ( IT skills will be a huge benefit.)
Must have CRM knowledge in Maximizing or Gold Mine.
Electrical or Technical knowledge would be advantageous but not critical to the correct candidate.
Will already have worked and been successful in sales.
Have a totally unblemished track record.
Must have an analytical outlook.
We are looking for sales people that are and have real innovative skills. They must definitely not just be looking for a job.
The chosen candidates will undergo an intensive training period. During this period an agreed salary will be paid.
Employees will now go through a probation period lasting three months.
The Successful employees can expect the following after the probation period.
A commission structure will be negotiated with each individual.
This is a high level, highly intelligent individual and will need minimal supervision to be successful, however they will not be left to their own devises and will be given incredible support and training and know how.
The candidates will be remunerated with a structured package in a way that will suit different individuals, and it is estimated that a minimum of 35 Thousand rand per month should be earned in commission alone, over and above the negotiated initial salary.
A further three month period will be afforded to candidates to evaluate the suitability and enthusiasm as well as the success in achieving the min requirement.
The company will pay 50% toward medical aid. We prefer discovery and you chose your plan.
Initially you will need your own transport. However after the three months probation period you will be re reimbursed for fuel. During the next three months depending on your already achieved level of success we will give you the option of a car allowance or a company car.
You will receive your first tank of fuel on the company when on leave and this will apply once per year.
Company fuel will be for company business only.
Cell phone contribution from the company will be R 500.00.00
After your first three month probation period you will be required to go on a pension fund and the company will contribute 50 % toward it.
